My first time on an escalator..

To many of us,  that word escalator evokes a feeling of fear and uncertainty... Right or wrong?  Good morning lovelies, I'm still recuperating but my appetite is zero oh *sad* and yesterday my principal and his family came to say hello to me in the lodge,  I was so wowed and humbled.  Only God knows how much appreciative I am and only him can reward my principal.

So to today's topic,  I remember the first time I was on a escalator,  it was in 2006 or there about and my elder brother took me to Silverbird cinema,  when we got to the foot of the escalator, he left me and went on it,  I stood there for like 5 minutes watching how that snake-like wonder operated and when I finally got on it,  I was climbing like I was climbing a staircase and my brother was just laughing at me like an idiot,  ok now time for me to get out and I jumped!  It's God that said my head won't be stitched that day else the risk I took , hmmmm.

I still do not like the escalator especially when I'm at the airport but then,  I don't have a choice than to use it.

How was your first escalator ride like?

  7. Lol! I can't remember either, I must have been a child. My mum has a phobia of escalators but I never felt any fear/apprehension or anything else to be honest. Just normal...
